Our bowls come in three sizes: the 32 oz Insatiabowl, the 16 oz Big Bowl and the the 12 oz Bambino Bowl. For heat, order the Nashville Hot Flammabowl, and for a group, the Hyperbowle feeds 8-10.

What type of cuisine do you serve?

We are a vegetarian bowl shop. Every one of our bowls is vegetarian, built on brown rice, black and red beans, avocado, cilantro, black olives, Tillamook cheddar, sour cream, salsa and Tali Sauce, our lemon and garlic sauce. Want it vegan? Ask your Bowlista to veganize it. All bowls are nut, gluten, wheat and hydrogenated oil free, so they suit anyone looking for healthy bowls.
